A couple of weeks back, my son Carter's, well, two of my sons go to Souterton Area High School,

and they're active in a few different things at school, and my son Carter is in choir.

Yes.

And he's done it for, he started that middle school and just fell in love with it.

And so he stuck with it, which is great. And it's one of my favorite things, one of my favorite school activities to go to are the choir concerts. They're just, they're great. And I never really. Which ones do you hate? I never really knew that either because I was a band student in high school and I didn't go to the choir.

You know, we didn't have shows together or anything like that.

You didn't know how good they were.

I didn't know how much fun they were.

Yeah.

Until I started going to them and because there's not just traditional songs, there's some contemporary songs.

Sure.

There's a musical accompaniment and there's a cappella and there's all just traditional songs. There's some contemporary songs. Sure. There's a musical accompaniment, and there's a cappella, and there's all kinds of different things that they do. And it's a lot of fun. I didn't realize how much fun it was until I started going to these. And now it's my favorite thing to go to. So I went to the most recent, the spring concert for Soutardom. and it's funny because the director, who I'm going to introduce in just a moment,

And it's funny because the director, who I'm going to introduce in just a moment, made an announcement before they did this song, and she said, we're going to try something out. So I just pulled out my phone. I'm like, I think this is going to be cool. And so I filmed it, and I'm really glad I did. I was talking about not, you know, spending too much time on the screens when you go to a performance. So I'm like, I want to capture this. And I was so glad that I did. And she had said, I'm not going to tell you what this is, but from the very first word uttered, you're going to know exactly what song this is. So let's give it a try. And it was a bohemian rhapsody, and I was just incredibly impressed.

And I came in here and I played it for you guys. You guys liked it. We loved it.

Yeah. A little bit on the air, posted on social media. I had actually had people request me to

send them the link, like people that have no association with Saturday. People that had just

heard us out, I need to have the audio file of that. Yeah. It's a great school. There are wonderful staff that worked there. So I had asked, I got in touch with the director of the choir, see if they could maybe come in. She said, yes, and here they are. We'd like to welcome to the studio, Directoresa washam and the souderton high school advances

thank you so much how you doing teresa fantastic by the way you know what i noticed uh because at the end

of the at the last concert uh you know it's a farewell most of the the group here are seniors and

they're leaving so uh there's always an exchange of gifts and thank yous and stuff like that

that's a concert and i notice they just call you wash them. Yeah, they do. Is that happen now? Because Mr. Tucker in the band department, he's just Tucker as well. Yeah. It's just to show their love. Yeah. That's what it is. Yep. So when they key your car, that's to show love. They watch them.
