Chuck D'Amico brought something up the other day and he wanted us to pose this question to the listening audience.

He was at a restaurant bar and at the bar he had noticed that someone had taken two chairs or stools, I guess you will,

ones that had high backs on them for sitting at a bar and that they had leaned them up against

the bar, essentially saving their space at the bar because they had stepped out to smoke.

And so I had never seen this before.

And he showed me the picture and I'm like, well, first of all, I disagree with that wholeheartedly.

You can't do that.

When we were at Jack Frost this past weekend in the E-2000 lounge, as we were leaving, as the bar started filling up,

and we were leaving to go out to the cardboard classic the bar

starts filling up i saw two chairs against the table leaned up like that so they lean they lean it forward

to where the back rest is now leaning up against the table and essentially i guess this is saying

that the that the space is saved i don't buy that Well, okay, but what if they had been there and then

we're just going to the bathroom and realize that the bar was about to get jammed and somebody's going to take their seat? There were two seats. You stay here. I'm going to go to the bathroom. I'll be right back. I'm going to get back. You go. Okay. Or you ask the people who are sitting next to you, can you watch our seats?

We're going to the bathroom.

We're going to come right back.

But you can can you watch our seats?

We're going to the bathroom. We're going to come right back. But you can't just walk away or going out to smoke. Bathroom even gets a little bit of latitude. But going out to smoke? No, no, no, no. Or leave your coat on it. I mean, it's cold. You could do that. Or base in your pants. Or if you're a smoker, leave a pack of cigarettes on the seat

and step out with just your cigarette and light it. You definitely don't want to leave your drink. No, you don't want to do that. I can understand that. How am I going to roofie it? But is this new? Or is it, have you guys ever, have you seen this before? Is this?

I would pull that seat back and sit in it.

Yeah, that's exactly what I would do.

I would just do.
