Good morning. In the news this morning, a major snowstorm rolled into the northeast on Wednesday,

bringing heavy snow to parts of southeastern Pennsylvania and a wintry mix and rain.

Closer, you traveled to the shore. In Philadelphia, the National Weather Service reported

5.7 inches of snow. It's the most since 2018.

In Norristown, 8.5 inches of snow was reported. Eight inches of snow in Quaker Town,

six inches in Chad's Ford and 5.9 in Royers Ford. 6.5 inches of snow was reported. 8 inches of snow in Quaker Town, 6 inches in Chad's Ford, and 5.9 in Royers Ford.

6.5 inches of snow fell in Cherry Hill, 3.9 in Salem County, only a half of an inch in Cumberland County.

PennDOT has issued a travel advisory mandating a speed limit of 45 miles per hour on local highways, including 95 and the Schuylkill Expressway.

Trash and recycling collection in the city is being suspended today.
