Good morning in the news this morning.

Pennsylvania imposed a new slew of restrictions on Saturday, but some businesses are ignoring the governor's orders.

Part of the state shutdown, including a ban on dining and working out at fitness clubs indoors.

Crunch Fitness is a gym franchise with locations all over the region at the franchise's Fairless Hills location.

People could be seen working out all day Monday despite the shutdown order.

Crunch Fitness chief operating officer who declined an on-camera interview with 6ABC fearing backlash,

said by phone the company is staying open, defying the governor to stay afloat and many other businesses are doing the same.

The stimulus funds from the spring have run dry and many businesses are fearing having to close their doors forever. The resurgence of the virus is leading to more deaths and

many hospitals are becoming overwhelmed. Health officials are hoping a several week pause during

the holiday will allow them to handle, get a handle on the situation and by time until a wider

rollout of the vaccine. Business owners are hoping that future federal funding could help ease some of the burden.

The businesses defying state orders could face serious fines and having their license revoked.

A crash between a horse and buggy and a trash truck killed three juveniles and injured four others Monday morning.

Pennsylvania State Police said the crash happened in a Little Britain township about six miles south of Quariville in Lancaster County shortly before 8 a.m. The buggy driver failed to stop at a stop sign and went into an intersection where the truck hit the buggy on the passenger side. Police said the four injured occupants were taken to the hospital. The truck driver was not injured. He remained at the scene and spoke to police. All seven

occupants of the buggy were minors. Buggies are common in Lancaster County, which hosts a large

settlement of Amish and numerous fatal crashes have been reported over the years in August.

A crash, including a pickup truck and a horse and buggy, claimed the life of an Amish teenager and seriously injured three other people.

State police initially said that four people were killed, but later said the initial release of information regarding the number of fatalities was incorrect.
