A man died after he was shot during an apparent road rage incident in Philadelphia on Thursday night. It happened at 7 p.m. on the Roosevelt Boulevard extension

near Henry Avenue in the city's East Falls section. According to Philadelphia Chief

Inspector Scott Small, the 21-year-old male victim and his brother were traveling on the highway

when they were rear-ended by another driver. After the crash, police say the driver of the striking vehicle then pulled up and fired two shots into the car. The victim who was sitting in the passenger seat was shot twice. They said the victim pulled over to exchange information. They thought they were, you know, he was rear-ended. They were going to exchange information, and then this car pulls up and starts firing. I was wondering if, you know, because the other car rear-ended him, if there was like a little, you know, cat and mouse thing going on the road. Right. Back and forth. Because it seems weird that that would happen that he is the one who collided with them and then pulls up and shoots and kills this guy. Yeah. But all, there were four people in the car and they all were masked. So, like, makes me think that they were either out for no good or had just done something or, you know, they were up to something.

Officers rushed to the man to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Police say it's, isn't clear who fired the gunshots.

Police say they are looking for a dark colored vehicle. No further description is available at this time. Anyone with information is asked to contact police. Could have been any one of us. A man is in custody after police say he murdered a woman, shot another person, and then opened fire on officers near SEPTA 69th Street Transportation Center

and Upper Darby. Officers responded to the scene at about 3.50 a.m. Thursday after a woman was shot

and killed in a domestic incident inside 7022 terminal square. Investigators say the shooter ran from

the apartment building and was firing his gun in the air. He eventually shot a random person on the

said the man that was shot sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Police said after the gunman

shot at officers, officers returned fire and then took the man into custody. The north and south
