A man died after he was shot during an apparent road rage incident in Philadelphia on Thursday night. It happened at 7 p.m. on the Roosevelt Boulevard extension

Inspector Scott Small, the 21-year-old male victim and his brother were traveling on the highway

when they were rear-ended by another driver. After the crash, police say the driver of the striking vehicle then pulled up and fired two shots into the car. The victim who was sitting in the passenger seat was shot twice. They said the victim pulled over to exchange information. They thought they were, you know, he was rear-ended. They were going to exchange information, and then this car pulls up and starts firing. I was wondering if, you know, because the other car rear-ended him, if there was like a little, you know, cat and mouse thing going on the road. Right. Back and forth. Because it seems weird that that would happen that he is the one who collided with them and then pulls up and shoots and kills this guy. Yeah. But all, there were four people in the car and they all were masked. So, like, makes me think that they were either out for no good or had just done something or, you know, they were up to something.
