All right, today is November 26th, a Monday. Good morning, Kathy.

Good morning in the news this morning. Police are investigating a triple shooting that has left two teenagers and a child injured in West Philadelphia. It happened shortly before 8 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of 60th in Luglow streets. Police said an eight-year-old boy was shot in the right side of his face. A 16-year-old was shot in the foot and a 15-year-old was shot in the hip. All three victims were taken to chop. Witnesses told police the shooter chased the two teenagers up the street.

The two teens ducked into a breezeway, trying to get away from the gunshots. The eight-year-old boy was inside of his home when a bullet struck him. Police believe the teens were being targeted and the eight-year-old was accidentally shot. There is no description of the shooter other than he was apparently wearing a red sweatshirt. Police are searching for surveillance footage. On the busiest

travel day of the Thanksgiving holiday, a major bridge in our area had to be shut down yesterday.

Fire officials shut down all lanes of the Delaware Memorial Bridge for more than six hours

on a gas leak at a nearby chemical company

Sunday night.

The gas leak came from the Crota Atlas Point, a chemical production plant located in Newcastle,

Delaware.

The gas being released was ethylene oxide, a flammable gas with a sweet odor.

Sweet and nutty, a little bit. I wouldn't call it pleasant. What's the ratio of pleasant smelling? Well, I mean, to me, it's 100%. This is true. My daughter, I don't know if you guys have ever seen this before, or this bit, but my daughter pulls this on me every now then, and I totally miss it. She'll go, hey, dad, do you smell popcorn? And then I'll go, oh, geez. She does it on purpose. That's great. It's a good idea. Is it not? Do you smell popcorn around her? Oh, God. Oh. The timing has to be just right. It's right as it it's about to waft over. Oh, absolutely. That is a girl with two brothers. Kathy, were you doing that on the bridge? No, I don't think they were pissed on the bridge. Six hours. Six hours. That's bad. The gas leak prompted Holloway Tower's Fire Department to close the bridge around 5 p.m. turning roads into, turning roads in the immediate area into parking lots.

They said travelers were at a standstill for hours.

The bridge remained off limits in both directions until 11.30 last night.

Yeah, fire officials kept the bridge closed until air monitor readings on the bridge reach safe levels.

The bridge has reopened and has reopened this morning.
