Good morning in the news this morning.

The National Hurricane Center says Hurricane Michael strengthened into a category four storm, early Wednesday with maximum sustained winds of 130 miles per hour.

According to the National Hurricane Center's latest advisory, Michael could produce a life-threatening storm surge as high as 13 feet and dump as much as a foot of rain in some places.

Weather officials say Michael has been drawing energy from warm Gulf of Mexico waters with ocean temperatures in the mid-80s. Michael is expected to make landfall midday today in the Florida panhandle. The storm is then forecast to weaken as it moves through the southeastern United States. Florida, Alabama, and Georgia are all in states of emergency. What about your mom?

No, no.

The Bay Area is going to... I mean, they're going to get rain and all that stuff, but they're not going to get the brunt of this thing. So it's kind of a... Fortunately, not going to hit that area. The panhandles looking pretty nasty, though. And apparently, hurricanes don't hit the panhandle all that often. So everyone's kind of bracing for this.

Michael quickly sprang from a weekend tropical depression and in days to a catastrophic system that could be the most destructive storm to hit the panhandle in decades. I was going to say, I didn't like this one kind of came out of nowhere. That's what I thought. Florence we'd been hearing about for it seemed like weeks. Florence was came in big and then dropped down. It was still always an issue with the amount of rainfall because it was a slow-moving storm. But this, Kathy, is, was a one and now skipped up to a four. But it developed quickly. Quickly. Like Casey was saying, we saw it way, we saw Florence way out in the middle of the other. Right, right, right. She's coming. And then this was like, hey, by the way, this weekend is going to be a hurricane. Yeah, I wasn't sure if it was because, you know, we had Monday off and I just wasn't paying attention or did this just pop up? No, I was, I was in Florida over the weekend and nobody was talking about it. So it came along very quickly. Well, so coastal residents rushed to board up their homes and stock up on bottled water and other supplies.

Florida officials said roughly 375,000 people up and down the Gulf Coast have been urged or ordered to evacuate.

A former Northampton Township supervisor and his girlfriend are charged with using spy glasses and a webcam and a scheme to incapacitate a woman with alcohol and take intimate photographs of her

without her consent. Forty-year-old Lawrence J. Weinstein of Cypress Circle and Kelly Drucker of Beacon Hill

Drive surrendered to Bucks County detectives on October 9th to be arraigned on multiple felony

counts, each including violations of the Pennsylvania Wiretap Act related to the criminal

use of a webcam, glasses, and cell phones.

They also are charged with misdemeanor counts of false imprisonment, invasion of privacy, recklessly endangering another person, and criminal conspiracy.

Weinstein is further accused of indecent assault of an unconscious woman in a separate incident.

According to court documents, it was an old cell phone that Kelly Drucker had given her
