Good morning in the news this morning.

Five people were shot on a front porch in the city's Logan section late Tuesday night, according to Philadelphia Police. It happened at about 11.51 p.m.

on the 4,500 block of North 19th Street. Police say five people ranging in age from 28 to 56 years old

were hanging out on the front porch of the house when the shots rang out. All five men were hit and ran

into the house for help.

Police drove three victims to the hospital and another two were taken by private vehicles.

Four of the men are in stable condition while one is in critical condition after being shot in the stomach. Police are still searching for the gunmen. They believe there is one shooter and that

there was no confrontation before the shooting, just that somebody walked up and started firing

at people on the porch, police say. Can you imagine that? No, crazy. Officials in North Philadelphia

say a swimmer drowned at the 18th Street Beach on Tuesday afternoon. Fire police and rescue units were

deployed to the beach at 3 o'clock after a 911 call reporting four swimmers in distress. According

to the North Wildwood Fire Department crews were able to help three swimmers get out of the water. The swimmers were then transported to Cape Medical Regional Center to be evaluated. A fourth swimmer was found face down in the water. Life saving measures were performed, but authorities say the individual died at the hospital. The victim has not been identified yet. Police in Plymouth Township are searching for two women wanted in connection with a vandalism incident at the hospital. The victim has not been identified yet. Police and Plymouth Township are

for a fallen police officer. On September 26th at 3.24 p.m., video captured two women stopped

at the memorial site along the Schuylkill River Trail honoring Fallen Police Township,

Plymouth Township Officer Brad Fox, who was killed in the line of duty in 2012.
