Good morning. In the news this morning, Philadelphia police announced early this morning

that the one-month-old baby that was

missing since Thursday in West Philadelphia has been located safe. Family member said that James Garrett

Jr. was last seen on Thursday with his father in the 5,500 block of Spruce Street in West Philadelphia.

Police said the father was not being cooperative with officers at first. The baby's family says

that the father has been primarily caring for the child with the help of extended family. Garrett's sister, who is the baby's aunt, took care of baby James for a few days last week and then returned him to the father. Relatives say that Garrett showed up Sunday morning without the baby. He was behaving erratically and would not provide the whereabouts of baby James.

No details have been released yet on where the baby was found, but police say the child is safe and is now being evaluated at St. Christopher's Hospital. city. Philadelphia housing said Friday that they reached an agreement with

the city of Philadelphia saying the city agreed to give homeless activists 50 vacant and viable homes.

That includes 15 that have already been occupied by families. Under the agreement, those

families would be transferred, or sorry, those homes would be transferred to a community land trust.

The city did not confirm an agreement was reached, but did release a statement saying the city
