We're finding out some more information about the man accused of shooting his ex-wife

and murdering his own parents inside of a Chester County senior living facility.

The man hunt for 59-year-old Bruce Rogel ended in the early morning hours of Thursday. It started Wednesday night when

police say that Rogel opened fire on his ex-wife outside of the home they used to share together

in West Bradford Township. According to District Attorney Tom Hogan, Rogel received papers Wednesday

saying his divorce was finalized and it set him off. After receiving the papers, investigators say

he drove past his wife's home in West Bradford Township, saw her outside and opened fire.

His ex-wife Kitty ran to the neighbors for help. Rogel chased her while shooting at her. Neighbors say after the divorce was final, he just lost it.

The trouble started for Rogel and his ex-wife long ago and shortly after their marriage in 1990. In 1993,

Rogel was convicted of assault and terroristic threats. From there, documents show years of abuse

according to his wife. At one point, his wife says he spit in my face, jabbed me in the stomach

as well. In 2009, his wife says that Rogel grabbed me by the throat in the basement in an argument

about paying for our son's college. Just a month later, she says, my husband Bruce slammed me into the kitchen

counter arguing over green dish soap. Oh my God. This guy was ready to go at any time. Yeah, it's a

powder keg. Yeah. The couple had been separated since 2015, and their divorce finalized just hours
