Good morning in the news this morning.

The family of the five-year-old who vanished from a bridge to New Jersey Park issued a plea Thursday afternoon during a news conference asking for anyone with information to please come forward.

An Amber Alert remains in effect five days after Dulce Maria Alavez went missing. She was last seen just before 5 o'clock on Monday.

Police want to talk to a light skin, possibly Hispanic male, roughly 5 foot, six inches tall, who may have been driving that red van that police have been talking about and was at the park the time Dolce went missing. Through an interpreter, the grandmother released a statement during the press conference yesterday. Please, if you have any information, help us find my granddaughter. Don't be afraid of the police. We have not been able to eat nor sleep.

You can't imagine what we are going through. We are very sad. Please help our family. I beg you.

Police are encouraging anyone with information to come forward and that their citizenship status

will not be questioned. Dulce Maria Alivez is described as a Hispanic female approximately

three five, three feet, five inches tall

of a medium build. She was last seen wearing a yellow shirt, black and white checkered long pants

with a flower design on them and white sandals and her dark colored ponytail or hair was pulled

back in a ponytail. And there's now a combined $25,000 reward for anyone who has information

leading to the identification

or conviction of the suspect.

And anybody is asked to call Bridgeton Police if you have any tip whatsoever.

So I was watching the news and the extensive is, the coverage has been extensive, but they

had, they're just talking to these three women who are mothers who are driving around,

doing, trying, you you know to ask questions

and see if they could help at all you know that they're that committed to it yeah is is um you know pretty

pretty sad about this and they said a lot of people are out and just searching they went back to
