In the news this morning, Philadelphia police are looking for a man who, they say, attempted to abduct a young woman in broad daylight. The incident was reported by, was recorded by a home

security camera. The surveillance video actually shows the man violently grabbed the victim at about 10 a.m.

Sunday in the 800 block of North 15th Street and North Philadelphia. The young woman can be heard

screaming before the man lets her go and walks away.

Neighbors said until the man is caught, they will remain vigilant and cautious.

One neighbor says that she was new to the area.

She says that she generally feels safe walking down the street, but now, you know, is going to be extra cautious.

Another neighbor says that he has two daughters and hopes police catch this person very soon. So the whole incident was caught on this home security camera and the guy whose

camera was said that he believes that the woman was definitely, the guy was definitely trying

to abduct her. Yeah, he really, in the video, he's manhandling her. He's really, he's trying

to overpower. And it's, you know, Sunday morning, 10 a.m.'s really, he's trying to overpower.

And it's, you know, Sunday morning, 10 a.m. I mean, that's not, not, you don't think of, you think you'd be safe. Yeah. Or something like that. Exactly. But that was, that's pretty terrifying. That's a, that's a, that's a dangerous individual right there. You know, it's wildopressant from that distance. And so you can hear when you, in the actual, the video, you can hear her yell.
