Delaware Valley. The Philadelphia Office of Emergency Management is warning that the Skukle River

is forecast to rise to major flood stage this morning.

Officials urge residents to shelter in place if you live in flood prone areas along the river.

The National Weather Service issued its predicted water level for the Skokul River to 17.2 feet.
