In the news this morning, police say a second teen has been arrested in the slaying of an incoming freshman schedule to compete in track and field for Penn State.

16-year-old Terran Small was arrested Wednesday. On the 2,500 block of Carlisle, the other suspect 15-year-old Byron Vincent was taken into custody earlier in the day. Both are charged with murder in the shooting death of 18-year-old Christian Marsh of West Oak Lane. Police say it started with an attempted break-in of the day.
