jeweler of the Preston and Steve show. I stumbled upon this great Reddit thread, and I wanted to throw this out there and see if people could contribute to this because these are some great stories.

And the article is people are sharing the things that they lied about as kids.

So now you might think you lied about,

oh, you know, no, I didn't break that vase or whatever, some kind of an excuse. This is not that.

These are kids who made up lies about themselves. And I mean some pretty whopper, some pretty

solid ones. Oh, yeah, okay. And had to run with it for a while now give you a couple

of examples and then I want to open up the phones and see if people can share because I think

there are a few people that really tried to get away with some stuff and and weren't able to so

here's a good example this one says the lie was my twin sister and I were not twins we were triplets but we weren't supposed to talk about the other one

there you go and she said I convinced my class and my teacher of that no which resulted in the teacher

reporting it as a safeguarding issue and the rest of the year struggling to keep a straight face.

So they were able to get away with it for a while.

Does it see what age?

It doesn't seem what age.

Mine was just with one specific person.

It wasn't like the whole class, but there was a girl in my neighborhood that I, I mean, it was like, it might have been like years that I convinced

her that I was Kathy's cousin from Spain. You were your own cousin from Spain? I was Kathy's cousin from Spain.

Would you call her or something? No, I would go down to her house and play with her and speak Spanish.
