I mentioned this earlier that Prince William, 30 years old the other day was his birthday,

and he got a big inheritance, and there was 30 million, I think, all together for both kids.

Because I knew a brother and sister and unfortunately their parents passed away, but they were

at a young age.

They were 19, 20, something like that at the time.

And they got a big, a fairly good size inheritance.

It was six figures.

Enough to give them a good boost, but not to set them up for life.

But they didn't know what to do with it. They wasted. Well, they ended up, I remember, because they got this really great apartment. And like idiots, do you remember the old rent-to-own places? Oh, yeah. They bought a bunch of, you know, media equipment, stereo, TV, all that stuff through rent to own, which they charge out the ass. What is that? What is that? In other words, it's basically like, it's like the commercials that Hulk Hogan does, right? Uh-huh. I think so. You basically, you can pay off in installments, but the interest rate is so high. They give it to you. They go ahead and give it to you. So a couch that would go for $600 is like $1,100, you know. Okay, okay, because you're paying it off. You're paying that additional. Right. Boy, that's dumb. I know. But it's almost like layaway where they give it to you the second you put down Right. But, case, they were like 18, 19 years old, and that's what they did with it. My cousin inherited a cattle ranch in Texas. Really? Yeah. And we were talking about this. That's right. You mentioned it. And this is a lucrative one, right? Yeah, yeah. Yeah, she has a cattle ranch, and she went down there. I mean, it's a fully functional people are running the cattle ranch. So she basically owns it.
