Good morning. In the news this morning, police have identified a suspect in the gunpoint sex assault and robberies of three women in West Philadelphia last week.

The 51-year-old suspect, Robert Johnson, is a convicted sex offender.

Johnson is wanted for attacking a woman at gunpoint early Tuesday near Belmont and Parkside Avenues,

and then for assaulting two women he confronted at a gas station near 48th and Gerard early Thursday.

Police believe Johnson is the man captured on surveillance video and that he may be linked

to at least one other attack. He remains on the run. Police said he should be considered armed

and extremely dangerous. Anyone with information is asked to contact police. Police are also asking

for the public's help and finding a man wanted for the theft and assault at a library in Darby Borough. 40-year-old Terrell Carter, also known as Linnell McEachan, is wanted for the incident on July 11th at the library on Main Street. It's the oldest library in Delaware County, I wasn't sure if you knew that or not. That's the one. Police say he attacked a 60-year-old librarian while stealing a donation jar. The jar was a

five-gallon water bottle that was filled with a few hundred dollars in cash donations for library

improvements. There was a victim that was walking into the library with her great-grandson

when he, when Carter came barreling towards her, taking her down steep steps and out the front door she

suffered two fractured vertebrae fractures on both sides of her pelvis tailbone and bruises from where

he literally ran her over you're robbing a library library and beating up an old woman

police say Carter is homeless and is known to frequent libraries in Delaware County and all over Philadelphia.

Investigators believe he has and will continue to target senior citizens to get money to feed an addiction to online gambling.

The victim was just released from the hospital on Tuesday after undergoing surgery.

Her granddaughter said that she is likely to have to use a walker indefinitely and that she does have a long road to recovery.

Carter is known to use SEPTA. He stays at homeless shelters and sleeps on the streets. If you see him, police are saying don't hesitate to call 911.

They are looking for him and there is a reward for information leading to his conviction.
