Thursday night. The National Weather Service issued a flash flood emergency for parts of the eastern Pennsylvania

after more than six inches of rain dumped onto the area flooding roads and trapping motorists in cars.

The weather service says a number of vehicles and residential evacuations are underway after the rain packing storms moved into parts of Berks and Montgomery counties. Kath, I heard on the news that they were on the phone with her for 45 minutes. Wow. They couldn't get to whatever. I heard that too, and I don't know exactly where she, this area is, but they couldn't get to her. Oh, my God. And that was the, that was the problem.

And I don't know if that was the issue. You know, it might have been a flash flood that she didn't expect. But even if it's not the issue in this particular one, yeah, if you see, if it's like, hmm, I wonder if I can get through that. You should probably find another way. You know from first-hand experience. You don't want it to happen. Yeah, freaky, yeah. Philadelphia police say parents chased down a car thief and killed him after he allegedly stole a vehicle with their children inside on Thursday night. It happened at 29th in Dolphin Street in the Strawberry Mansion section of the city. According to police, the mother was traveling with her three kids when she stopped to visit her boyfriend at a pizza shop. She left the car running, and that's when police say a 54-year-old suspect jumped into the vehicle and took off. The suspect didn't get far. Police say the parents caught up with the suspect when he got stuck in traffic. They pulled him out of the car. He tried to flee on foot, but only got about a half a block away. The boyfriend caught up with him and physically struggled with him. Other males from the neighborhood
