Good morning in the news this morning.

A water main busted in Philadelphia, and water is currently rushing through the streets. A number of blocks in Center City are submerged following the early morning

water main break. The break happened shortly before 4 a.m. Tuesday at Walnut and Juniper.

Those streets around the scene are closed off and water is still gushing and swirling

through the streets of Center City. Power is out at a number of nearby businesses and the

water is now starting to seep

into some of the basements of the businesses a little water damage a great way to start your

holiday is a day before 4th of july i've seen water main breaks before this is a water

man this is this is going to be a nightmare for the people that reside or work in that area

if you own those those properties it's going to suck, man. Is the water dirty? Like, can you go have a splash party in that? I don't think you want to have a splash party. No? All right. And Marissa was naming a couple of restaurants that are in that area, you know, some pretty well-known restaurants that might be affected. So I'm sure we'll find out some more later this morning. But power outages are also being reported as far as 7th and federal and 19th in Arch.

The water department and Pico were called to the sea. Now they're saying most residents and

businesses right now are experiencing low water pressure. They haven't completely lost the water yet.

They're saying just low pressure and there's no immediate word yet on what caused the break.

I heard a representative speaking this morning basically saying number one is to stop this. And then number two is we'll find out why it happened and where the source is. And then plan the splash parties. Then plan the splash party in the dirty water. Yes. A 48-year-old U.S. born man who was looking for locations in Cleveland to carry out attacks on 4th of July was arrested on Sunday and is facing charges of trying to support terrorism.

Demetrius Pitts, who federal authorities said Monday, has been talking about his support for Al-Qaeda for more than a year and had also been discussing bombing his hometown of Philadelphia.

FBI agents said it wasn't clear how close Pitts was to

carrying out his plans. Authorities first began watching Pitts, who was radicalized in the U.S.

after he made Facebook posts threatening violence against the U.S. last year. Pits began meeting

with an undercover agent and discussed several ways to carry out an attack, according to the court
