Good morning in the news this morning.

Video was captured yesterday as a driver was being pursued by police in

Monmouth County, New Jersey, and was driving the wrong way on the highway. The driver was traveling

westbound on the eastbound lanes of 195 as other drivers dodged out the way about 7 p.m. They said he was

going pretty fast, too. The man in the video, you can hear him yelling. He's going to kill somebody

as the driver was being chased by

police. The chase lasted several minutes and nearly caused several crashes. You can hear police yell,

show me your hands as the chase comes to an end. No injuries were reported and the circumstances

surrounding the incident remain unclear at this time. The ocean and parts of Wildwood Crest

have been closed to the public after a malfunction at the Cape May County Municipal Utilities Authority 7 Mile Treatment Center. Yeah, it's a lot of beaches too. Is it? Mm-hmm. What the fuck is this? They said about, is it a mile case? That's what I thought I saw. Yeah, it's a lot of, that's, I mean, it's a lot of streets. Our street was that was part of it as well.

Oh, was it really? Man. I thought of you as soon as I saw the story yesterday. I don't go in the ocean. Well, the long term. The prognosis is actually good, right? Kathy? Yeah. So here's what happened. Early Monday morning officials say they discovered that the- I love the beach. I just don't like the water.

That the last of three phases in its wastewater treatment system failed to trigger something Sunday afternoon to early Monday.

The process requires the funneling of treated water through an outfall line that extends a mile into the ocean at Jefferson Avenue and Wildwood Crest.

One beachgoer said, though, there was a lot of bacteria in the water was shockingly crystal clear. The Cape May County Department has ordered to close the ocean from all areas within a one mile radius of the outfall line. There is a 30-foot handle, and it is a job of someone to go over and pull it down and flush that part of the ocean. Oh, okay. I forgot to do that. And they didn't do it. Sometimes you got to jiggle the

handle or else it doesn't keep running. The ocean will keep running. So the mayor said there was

a chlorine treatment that didn't happen and that could potentially affect the water quality.

The closure is only as a precaution. They're saying it's expected to last 24 hours after water

quality testing. I think you'll be fine. Yeah, when did they say they closed the beach yesterday? I think it was yesterday. So it happened. They realized yesterday that it happened sometime between Sunday and Monday. It's wild, though, to see that, like, the fish coming up out onto the sand and like, okay, and just kind of standing there smoking waiting for the you crack me up yeah
