In the news this morning, southeastern Pennsylvania is moving to the green phase of

Governor Tom Wolfe's COVID-19 reopening plan today. Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia

and many other counties met the criteria to move to green. But officials in the city of Philadelphia

say that they will be keeping some restrictions in place for another week. Philadelphia won't

officially move to green until next Friday, July 3rd, and there

will be some differences between what green looks like in the city and its surrounding suburban

counties. So aqua, maybe. Yeah, right, exactly. Yeah, a little off green. A little different color.

The following activities can reopen today, June 26th in the city of Philadelphia. Residential

swimming pools and private swim clubs,

zoos outside only, salons, barbers, and spas, small indoor social and religious gatherings up to 25

people. Now, next Friday, July 3rd, the city of Philadelphia will then allow indoor dining,

indoor shopping malls, gyms, and indoor exercise, outdoor group sports.
