Good morning. In the news this morning, a portion of Castor Avenue remains closed Wednesday

after a large fire destroyed a pharmacy

and a laundromat on Tuesday afternoon. Fire crews left before midnight, but police remain on the scene

shutting down the roadway in the 3,900 block of Castor Avenue in the Juniata section of the city.

Philadelphia Police Commissioner Adam Thiel said the roadway will remain closed through the morning rush

and through most of Wednesday as officials are still working to clean up the area and remove the contents of the pharmacy of America building. The owner of the

pharmacy directs patients in need of their prescription to use one of the other stores locations where

he says that they will receive their medication. There will be nobody having to wonder whether

they can receive the medication, he said. Workers from Philadelphia Gas Works were on the scene in the early morning hours of Wednesday as well. The two alarm

blaze that caused the large cleanup effort broke out on Tuesday afternoon. Firefighters responded

at about 415 to Castor and Erie Avenues. Officials said the fire was placed under control just

before 5 o'clock. The fire department says it's too early to tell what sparked the flames.

The commissioner says he's proud of the response time and happy to report that no firefighters

were injured while battling the blaze. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.

Authorities in Georgia have released dramatic body cam video that shows the moments officers ripped

open a plastic bag to find a newborn baby girl who had been abandoned on the side of the road earlier this month.

The Forsyth County Sheriff's Office said it continues to receive tips from across the country on the possible identity of baby India,

but is releasing portions of the video in hopes of finding credible information about her parents.

The family who discovered the newborn said it was an act of God that led them to the child on June 6. Alan Raggatz and his teenage daughters found the little girl in the wooded area adjacent to their home after hearing strange crying sounds. They discovered the newborn girl left in a pile of leaves and sticks with a bath mat. The child was miraculously alive with the umbilical cords still in place. The family quickly notified authorities. When paramedics arrived, they began to speak to the baby. They believe that it was the first time that anyone had spoke to her. She listened and then
