Details. We'll start with this. Donald Trump said yesterday that people who entered the U.S.

illegally should be deported without appearing before a judge, describing them as invaders.

Trump tweeted while en route to his Virginia golf club, we cannot allow all of these people to invade our country.

When somebody comes in, we must immediately, with no judges or court cases, bring them back from where they came.

Our system is a mockery to good immigration policy and law and order.

The American Civil Liberties Union responded that doing so would be illegal and unconstitutional.

Trump's tweeted comments came after he gave in to public pressure last week and ended the

policy began some two months ago of taking children away from adults who entered the U.S.

together illegally.

The Department of Homeland Security said in a fact sheet released Saturday that authorities

know the location of

all children in custody after separating from them from their families and are working to

reunite them. However, it didn't say how long it might take. It said at least 2,053 children taken from

their parents are being cared for in facilities funded by the Department of Health

and Human Services. A 35-year-old man was shot and killed in front of his young daughters while

camping in Southern California and local television station K-CBS reported the police have
