In the news this morning, New Jersey moves into stage two of its reopening plan today with outdoor

dining and non-essential retail set to resume. Beginning at 6 a.m. today, phase two means that

non-essential retail stores can let customers back inside rather than just curbside.

Stores are limited to 50% of approved capacity. Customers and employees must wear face coverings and areas used by employees must be regularly sanitized. Restaurants can also offer
