In the news this morning, Philadelphia police are searching for a third suspect wanted in connection with Saturday's mass shooting on South Street. Police released an image of the wanted

mail saying he should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information is asked to call

police at 215-686 tips. A reward of up to $30,000 is being offered. On Monday, police

announced the arrest of two suspects for their alleged roles in the weekend shooting that killed three people and left 11 others shot and wounded.

34-year-old Roshan Vareen was taken into police custody on Monday night. U.S. Marshals made

the arrest. 18-year-old Karan Garner is charged with multiple offenses, including aggravated

assault and aggravated assault on law enforcement.

On Monday morning, District Attorney Larry Krasner said at least four guns, three nine-millimeter weapons and 140 caliber firearm were involved in the mass shooting.

He said it is possible that there are more firearms involved.

The Middle Township School District may have armed security guards stationed at the entrance of

each of its Cape May

County, New Jersey schools starting next year. Superintendent, Dr. David Salvo says the district was

recently given the recommendation by Middle Township Police Chief and the district's own

security advisor after the tragedy in Uvaldi, Texas. Ideally, he says the armed guards will be

retired law enforcement. They'll likely be equipped with a nine millimeter sidearm and they will have to undergo new training required by the district before school starts next year.

The superintendent says he's confident the school board will vote unanimously to approve this recommendation at the June 9th board meeting.
