Good morning. In the news this morning, Wildwood police have released a body camera video

of a confrontation between officers

0:21.1

and a 20-year-old woman on the beach this past Saturday afternoon whom authorities accused of underage drinking.

0:26.3

A video taken by a bystander showed one officer punched the woman. That video went viral earlier

0:32.4

this week. Now, Wildwood police said the delay in releasing the body cam video was due to hiding the

0:36.6

identities of others on the beach not involved in the incident.

Now that it's been released, the video is offering another view of the viral incident from Memorial Day weekend.

0:44.3

The body cam video shows 20-year-old Emily Wyman of Kensington getting breathalized by a Wildwood police officer after having been approached for suspicion of underage drinking.

0:53.7

Weinman places a call to her aunt who is of age and who is said to have bought the alcohol

0:58.1

and brought the alcohol.

0:59.9

After a back and forth between Wyman and the officer, she refuses to give the officer her

1:04.3

whole name.

1:04.9

The officer then goes after Wyman, who backed away from him.

1:07.9

According to the police statement, she has seen striking the officer in the torso, which also turns off the body camera, according to police. During the struggle, police say the camera resumes recording. The officer can be seen striking Wyman in the head, and she has handcuffed and walked to a police car. While would police say that the matter is still under investigation? Did anybody see the new video? Yeah, yeah, portions of it on the news, yeah. Does it offer? I mean, is it still the same thing? No, it gives context, I think, is the police are right. And the video is up here, Kathy, they did go to great lengths to pixelate people who are, their faces were visible. And that's, so that adds credence to that. But yeah, the manner in which she's acting to the cop

1:46.0

is totally confrontational.

1:47.7

Yeah, when it's, you know, look, stop, come back, no, and they start walking away. And it's like, what are you going to do? Yeah, just let you go. Yeah, yeah, I thought about it. We'll just let you go. Yeah, go ahead. No, I need to talk to you now.

1:58.1

Get over here.

1:58.6

No, I'm walking away, and then they go over and they try to rest her and then she starts resisting.

2:02.5

And then it's like, dude, at that point, you have to be taken into custody. Yeah, absolutely. And if you're going to fight back, I'm sorry. We've said two important phrases we learned this week. Don't resist. Don't tweet that. Yeah, don't tweet that. Two things. Two things we learned, yes. After a 30-day
