A 28-year-old woman left her car running in the 1,000 block of Van Kirk Street to quickly visit a friend, is what she told police. Her two children were in the backseat of the car. When she was walking to the front door of the friend's house, someone jumped in her vehicle and stole the car with the one-year-old and six-year-old inside. |
