Good morning in the news this morning.

There are nine candidates vying for the Democratic nomination for Philadelphia mayor during this year's election. The primary is today Tuesday, May 16th, and polls show that there is no one with a commanding lead among the Democrats. So here's some information you'll need to know before the polls open. To find the nearest polling location, you can go to vote.fila.gov. The polls will be open from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. Tuesday. If you are trying to confirm your registration or learn about registering to vote, you can go to p.a.voter services.pa.org. The city of Philadelphia also posted step-by-step instructions on how to use the voting machines. Pennsylvania law requires voters who are new to their voting division precinct to show ID the first time they vote there.

After that, an ID is not required to vote. There are many types of photo and non-photo IDs that can be used to fulfill this requirement.

The city of Philadelphia has a hotline for residents to report problems while voting. The number to call is 215-686 vote.

For those who have registered for mail-in voting, ballots need to be received by the County Board of Elections no later than 8 p.m. on

Election Day, which is today. You can submit your ballot in the mail in person at the County Board

of Elections Office or by using an official dropbox. The mail-in ballots will start being counted at

7 a.m. today. So far, about 60,000 ballots have been received in Philadelphia with around 30,000

still outstanding. A fourth person is facing charges following the escape of two inmates at the Philadelphia

Industrial Correctional Center. On Monday, U.S. Marshals captured 21-year-old Michael Abrams in Berwyn. Police say he is being charged with criminal conspiracy, hindering apprehension, and other related offenses for his alleged role in helping 24-year-old Nasir Grant and 18-year-old Meen Hearst escaped from prison on May 7th. Grant was captured last week, but authorities are still searching for Hearst, who is accused of four murders.

Do you think there are other people involved with helping them get out? I mean, when they announced the first woman, I was like, oh, I didn't realize. But then I thought about it. I'm like, well, there had to have been a getaway car. There had to have been a lookout. So I don't know. You know, I'm shocked that there's still more people involved. I mean, the more dangerous of the two escapees is still out there.

And I'm wondering like, all right, so if this dude ends up doing something drastic,

does the blood end up on the hands of anybody who helped him escape?

Well, they've done something illegal to begin with.

I don't know if that might add to whatever charges they were to get.

But yeah, the really crazy, well, you know, the guy who, what, four murders?

Four murders. Yeah. He's out and about. So I would tend to think, Kathy, we both initially thought, we all initially thought they're going to get out of Dodge quickly, but the one dude was caught, you know, fairly close.
