Good morning in the news this morning.

One of the two inmates who escaped the Philadelphia Industrial Correctional Center late last weekend was arrested Thursday night.

Authorities confirmed that 24-year-old Nassir Grant, who was being held on narcotics and gun violations, was captured near 28th and Dauphin Streets in Strawberry Mansion.

Police are still searching for 18-year-old, I mean Hearst, who was accused of

killing four people. Investigators were conducting a surveillance operation Thursday night in an area

believed to be frequented by Grant. I would have thought he would have been out of here.

Yeah, you would think so. That was kind of the consensus, but no. Hang it out. I guess if you

don't know anyone anywhere else, you may not have anywhere to go.

I guess so.

So at about 1020 last night, police say, U.S. Marshals say that a male resembling Nassir came out of a residence wearing full female Muslim garb and a head covering as a cover-up.

They said that he piqued their interest, so he got into a vehicle.

They followed the vehicle over to the 2,800 block of West Dauphin Street.

Does anyone know where the mosque is?

That's what I was thinking to immediately.

They conducted a felony vehicle stop, and they took Grant into custody without incident.
