Good morning in the news this morning. A mother and her three children were struck and injured in a hit-and-run crash near City Hall in Philadelphia on Tuesday night. Police say the four victims were struck on Broad and

Before the accident, the car was seen driving along JFK in the wrong direction with his headlights off. If you have seen this vehicle or know of his whereabouts, police urge you to call them immediately. A manhunt is underway still in Philadelphia after two inmates, including an alleged killer escaped from a correctional center on Sunday night. The escape happened at 8.30 in the evening when the inmates were seen on surveillance footage,

Grant was being held on narcotics and gun violations. This is weird, Kathy, because our sister station, Ben, just added a show called Escapie and the Felon. And I'm wondering. Do you think it's those guys? It seems kind of weird, doesn't it, out of the blue? Let's not get out in front of ourselves. There were three headcounts which took place, one at 11 p.m. on Sunday, one at 3 a.m. on Monday, and then one at 7 a.m. Monday morning before learning of the escape.

2:14.4

And there's just a lot of things that had to not go right for them to be able to do this.

2:19.9

Well, I mean, at this point, people are pointing fingers at the staffing shortage.

2:24.2

And there just wasn't, they cut the position.

2:26.4

There wasn't guards outside.
