Good morning. In the news this morning, New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy says he will unveil

his plan to reopening the state during a briefing on Monday. Our COVID-19 response has been guided

by the simple truth that public health creates economic health. The road back will be driven by

data, science, and common sense, Murphy said in a tweet on Sunday night. More details on the plan
