Good morning in the news this morning. Governor Tom Wolfe said on Monday that a statewide state-home order will remain in effect until at least May 8th, but some restrictions are being eased. During a news

conference, Wolf said that some limited construction in the state will be allowed to resume on May 8th

with guidelines for social distancing. More businesses and regions could be allowed to reopen then,

but he said standards for reopening the state will be guided by a data-driven and regional approach. Curbside pickup for liquor sales is underway. That started yesterday. We talked about that, and he also said that the auto sales can resume online. So the curbside pickup for liquor stores will allow officials to observe how limiting person-to-person contact can lead to curbside pickup for other industries. Kathy, is it possible they can combine both auto sales and liquor sales so that when you purchase the car, it's full of liquor? Yeah, that's not the best idea. I'm just trying to, you know, combine things to expedite. I mean, you do like to celebrate when you get a new car. I think so. I think a case of booze in the back seat might not hurt. By the way, Marissa and I have continued our bartering. She brought me some more booze today. It's really like the olden days, but I got a pair of back. I'm surprised that she's giving up her hard liquor. It's stuff that she doesn't really, that she doesn't consume. Yeah. So she got Grandma on Ye? No, she brought me Quantro. Okay.

My other ingredient for my secret margarita, it's not secret. This is what I had in my margaritas. But yeah, that's one little ingredient that was running low. So it's a liqueur, and she probably doesn't drink it that often. And what are you giving her? I'm going to get her some more wine. More wine. Yeah. All right. Yeah, I just didn't know she was bringing that in, so I'll make good on it.

and no antibody tests. So most restrictions and the state home order cannot be relaxed at this time.

Obviously, there are many business owners that are disappointed by the governor's latest update.

Now, protesters gathered outside of the state capital on Monday to demand that Governor Tom Wolfe reopened Pennsylvania's economy, even as new social distancing mandates designed to counter the new virus took effect at stores and other commercial buildings.

The governor will sign a bill later today that approves qualified Pennsylvania notaries to perform remote online notarizations, which would allow auto dealerships to conduct limited car sales and leasing operations through online sales.
