Good morning, and the news this morning.

Officials identified the four people who were killed in a crash on the

schoolical expressway in Philadelphia early Saturday morning.

Troopers set 31-year-olds at Father of Two and Uber Driver,

John Carlos Santana of Philadelphia, along with twin brothers,

23-year-old Tucker and Christian Shimmelfenegg, and their 24-year-old friend,

Michael Comerford, all of Clark's Summit Pennsylvania died in the wreck.

Philadelphia Police responded to a report of a two-car crash

with entrapment and injuries just before 2am near the city avenue exit

at the scene police discovered one car had swerved across multiple lanes of traffic

and hit a second vehicle. The first car spun and overturned before coming to a halt

on the right shoulder of the off-ramp. The second car was struck in the rear and propelled

forward into a bridge pillar on the schoolical westbound.

The driver of the first vehicle identified as 31-year-old Victor Spaziri

was transported to Temple University Hospital with moderate injuries. He displayed signs of

impairment according to police and was arrested for homicide by vehicle while driving under

the influence of related charges. People who knew and loved Santana say the whole world revolved
