It happened in the 6,300 block of Algarh Street near Walker and Leveck streets in the Wissonoming section of the city shortly after 2 p.m. When crews arrived, they found the front of the building missing and collapsed and the second floor heavily involved in fire. A 61-year-old man was taken to Jefferson Hospital for treatment of his injuries. He is currently listed in stable condition, and then a second male was treated at the scene for smoke inhalation.
