The Philadelphia School District is entering phase two of the district's reopening plan. Starting on April 26th, students' grades 3rd through 5th will return to the classroom as well as students grades 6 through 8th with complex needs. Thousands of families will be given the option for hybrid learning with two days in school and three days virtual. Families may remain full virtual if they choose. Registration for

hybrid learning will open on April 6th, but the kids won't return until April 26th. Now,

plexiglass and hand sanitizing stations have been installed in the schools, but they're saying

that one thing won't change. So the district will keep the six feet of distance in place

for all students, despite the guidelines that are being changed to three feet. Kids will also have to wear masks as well, even though they're going to be six feet apart and they're going to have the plexiglass. But this will be more schools, more kids that are at least going back into the classroom for two days a week in the Philadelphia School District. There are calls for a Perkesee Borough Councilman to resign over allegations that he posted on a website for Swingers.

Wednesday night's Parkside Borough Council meeting got heated over allegations that Councilman Scott Sidlow is a member of an alleged online swingers dating site.

President Shirley Percival called for his resignation over the allegations, which Sidlow says is not a public matter.

The dispute was sparked by an anonymous letter to the council president accusing Sidlow of soliciting opportunities for intimate encounters and to smoke marijuana in an online swingers club.
