Good morning in the news this morning.

All school district of Philadelphia schools will be open today, Thursday, March 22nd, on a two-hour delay. All buses will operate on a delayed schedule, pushing morning pickup times back by two hours. The districts ask parents and caregivers to be patient, as certain yellow bus routes may experience moderate to significant delays Thursday morning. All district operated early childhood

programs will open on a two-hour delay as well. After-school activities will take place as scheduled.

District administrative offices will be open on time. However, the district urges everyone to take

their time and travel safely, getting to work and school today. SEPTA officials say all modes of

transportation will operate on a regular weekday

schedule, although you can experience delays, obviously, especially those bus routes. And then

they are going to have a news conference. They're actually set up now. So they're going to update

everybody on what they're going to do with the bus routes and, you know, how the regional rail lines

are doing. I was actually pleasantly surprised with the condition of the roads this morning. Yeah. I mean, even my roads in my neighborhood, which are usually the last to get treated, they were fine. Mine too. Mine were completely clear. I felt like they really pushed this because they know that everybody wants the kids to go to school because now we're tacking days on at the end of the year. I mean, I drove through Plymouth Township and Concha

Hawking to get here and they were more clear than they have been in the past. Yeah, they

started working yesterday and went through several times. A lot of times it'll be like twice

maybe to get a pass. But they were going through several times yesterday and obviously with it wrapping up around 11 12 o'clock they had all overnight to uh to really

get to work and those cruise man hats off to you yeah you guys you guys killed it it was great made a big

difference and then of course you had the prior storms all the existing salt and chemicals

from those storms on the roads as well all over yeah so um a lot of schools on two-hour delays, there are schools I saw at least out in

Bucks County that have closed. I think they got it a little bit worse than we did. Yeah, there are some closures. Our school district is shut down today. Really? You're shut down. Okay. Yeah. Okay. All right. The Texas man who carried out a three-week bombing spree made a 25-minute video confession on his phone,

which was recovered after he blew himself up on Wednesday as police were closing in on him to make an arrest.
