In the news this morning, a young child shot and killed his 17-year-old relative during an argument on Saturday afternoon, according to investigators. This is an awful story. It happened about 440 on Saturday in Philadelphia's Germantown neighborhood. Police say a 17-year-old male and his 9-year-old half-brother were playing video games when an argument ensued. According to investigators, the teen was bullying and harassing the child and threatened him with a BB gun. That's when police say the 9-year-old somehow found a handgun and shot his half-brother. The teenager was rushed to an area hospital where he later died. It's unclear how the child gained access to the gun and there's no immediate word on if

charges will be filed. Delaware State Police arrested a woman accused of killing a pedestrian and

injuring several other people during a double carjacking rampage on Sunday. The incident happened at

9.30 a.m. when police say 30-year-old Bertilia Siman carjacked the driver of a Chevrolet tracks along Route 9.

Police say a 67-year-old man and 66-year-old woman and two teens were inside the vehicle at the time.

The 66-year-old woman sustained injuries, minor injuries, after she was hit while the suspect was fleeing the scene.

The suspect then fled to the area of Route 9 and Boothurst Boulevard, where she struck

and killed a 48-year-old man. Sibon is then accused of driving to the Brandywine Valley SPCA, where

police say she struck a 19-year-old woman in the parking lot. The victim sustained non-life-threatening

injuries. After fleeing that scene, police say she struck a Maserati head on while traveling on Route 141. A 34-year-old man and a 26-year-old woman inside the Maserati were not seriously injured. After that crash, a 62-year-old man driving and a Ford Explorer stopped to render aid but was subsequently carjacked by Simeon, according to police. With a 77-year-old female still inside the vehicle, the suspect then fled the area of Hamburg

Road where police say she crashed into a Honda Odyssey.

The 52-year-old woman in the Odyssey and the 77-year-old female still in that Ford Explorer

were not seriously injured.

That's insane.

Right? Absolutely insane.
