All right, today's Friday, February 21st. Good morning, Kathy.

Good morning in the news this morning. A barricade situation ended with the police involved shooting in Doyle's Town. The standoff began at 9 p.m. last night in the area of shady retreat road and Lyme Kilm Road. Police warned residents to shelter in place, but by 1030, the order was lifted and authorities said the threat to the community was over. Medics could be seen surrounding a shirtless man on the front yard of a home. He was placed on a stretcher and taken by ambulance from the scene.

His condition was not released. Just before midnight, authorities confirmed there was a police

involved shooting. It's not known if the suspect fired at police. The DA's office would not

confirm that information or give the police agency that was involved in the shooting. The district

attorney's office said no police officers were injured. Police spent the night at the scene and focused their investigation on a parked car in the lot. It had been covered up for most

of the night. It's a standard procedure for any police involved shooting investigation in Bucks

County to include the District Attorney's Office. If you watch a series, cops, 80% of the guys

they encounter have their shirts off. Seriously? Yeah, 80%. Right.

That's a big indicator.

Yeah.

So there's a cash app debit card scam consumers should watch out for.

Consumers are receiving the debit card in the mail that they never requested.

Some of the reports in the Delaware Valley say the cash app cards say that they're issued by Sutton Bank.

The cards are part of a scam intended to

steal your identity and your money, so do not do anything to activate them or use them and certainly

do not load money onto them. The cards are being opened using your name, social security number,

date of birth, and address. A New Jersey resident got a cash app card in the mail after his

bank account was fraudulent debited showing a number of cash app charges. What you should do if you get the unsolicited card in the mail after his bank account was fraudulent debited, showing a number of
