Good morning in the news this morning.

Police are investigating a crash involving a New Jersey transit bus on the Atlantic

City Expressway. It happened at 415 this morning on the westbound side of the expressway at Route 54,

exit 28 in Hamilton Township, approaching Hamilton. New Jersey State Police say the driver lost control and left the roadway.

There were 10 passengers on board of the bus at the time.

Police say everyone was removed from the bus and were being checked by medics at the scene or taken to local hospitals. Delays are expected in the area. A gunman ambushed a pizza delivery driver

and shot him in the head while he was making a scheduled delivery in North Philadelphia,

according to police.

The shooting happened near the 1400 block of West Mayfield Street around 8 o'clock Monday.

Authorities say the 40-year-old victim crashed into a house at 15th in Mayfield Street after being shot.

The driver was gravely injured and it is in extremely critical condition.

Police said, investigators said that they saw the graphic crime play out on a nearby surveillance

video. After the shooting, the delivery driver's vehicle is seen on surveillance video speeding

down the street. It then jumped a curb and crashed into a house. The house was damaged,

but no one inside of the home was hurt. Investigator said they don't believe if the,

they don't know if the shooter was possibly after money or why it happened, but they said none of the food was taken.

No arrests have been made. Anyone with information is asked to contact police by calling 215-6-86 tips.

Frontier announced Monday it is trying to buy Spirit Airlines in an almost $3 billion merger.

The merger is subject to regulatory review, among other things.
