Good morning in the news this morning.

A flight heading to Philadelphia never took off because a flight crew member was taken into custody.

And American Airlines pilot was arrested of suspicion of being intoxicated on a plane before it left

England for Philadelphia.

The 62-year-old man was detained Thursday morning at Manchester Airport after someone reported him to police.

The flight was canceled and all passengers were re-booked onto a different flight.

No word on whether

the pilot was the captain or a first officer. American Airlines says that they are fully cooperating

with police. A Berks County Middle School is closed today after 12 people were sickened by carbon

monoxide last night. The superintendent of the Fleetwood Area School District announced the closing

on Twitter. There was a large police response to the Fleetwood Area Middle School as members of the community theater group began getting sick at about 830 yesterday evening while practicing for a play in the auditorium.

At the time, authorities weren't sure what caused the illness and ultimately sent a dozen people to the hospital, but early Friday morning was confirmed that the cause was carbon monoxide.

The tweet said the middle school will be closed today due to carbon monoxide problem last

evening. All other buildings will be operating on a regular schedule.

Phone call notifications went out at 5.30 this morning. People in other parts of the building

last night besides the auditorium did not become ill officials, say. A New Jersey man has been charged with sexually assaulting a teenage waitress,

then starting a fight at his own wedding reception.

This is a crazy story.
