0:31.2	Winter is a season of low energy and less productivity.
0:35.1	It's a time to settle down and settle in.
0:38.4	This season invites our body to slow down with nature
0:41.9	and with a pandemic continuing to loom,
0:44.5	the winter outside reflects the same bleakness
0:46.9	we may feel inside us, our inner winter.
0:50.6	We all have experienced loss this past year.
0:54.0	The loss of our many plans, the loss of our traditions,
0:58.1	the loss of group gatherings, the loss of jobs,
1:01.6	and the loss of loved ones.
1:03.6	Our grief is like a dark, barren winter.
1:07.0	We long for springtime.
1:08.9	We want the leaves to bud for the sun to grow strong
