You go to a lot of gyms.

They give you the sauna area.

You can do a nice steam if you want.

And then you can roll over to the cold plunge yeah have

you cold plunged i have i did it actually on norway one of the norwegian cruises they had that

in like the spy how'd you do i i was cold what is the actual average temperature of a cold

plunge do we know i don't know because we were hanging out with one the other day i didn't i put my finger in it. You know what I'm saying? What's it supposed to do for you? I think it's in the 30s. In the 30s? What's it supposed to do to you? Well, they're saying that it's good to get your body all warm and then do the cold plunge to revitalize, to wake you up. Okay. Right? This says beginners usually start between 50 and 59 degrees while more seasoned people hover

45 to 50 degrees.

This makes sense because 30-ish degrees it would be freezing.

Well, 32, yeah.

I put ice cubes and I tried it.

I got down to my knees, got into my thighs, and then as soon as it hit the old you know change

coin purse I got the hell out of there I couldn't do it what a visual thank you

I think you gotta jump right out you can't ease it yeah no easing I'm afraid I'll

have a heart attack are there any stats out there about people who have coronary

issues when they hop into a cold plunge.

Because I tell you, I was at a house the other day.
