ago. The Braves were ending the month of May. What had been a tough month of May due to injuries,

some inconsistencies, a tough part of the schedule. And so they go on the road to face

off against the Oakland Athletics, and many thought, okay, this was going to be the opportunity for the Braves to get back on track, the opportunity to face the worst team in baseball

and get back on track. But unfortunately, that was not to be the case. Back-to-back games of struggles,

including a bullpen implosion in the second loss against Oakland, and the Braves lost two

straight games to Oakland and
