But not the whole song, you sing like one line of the song all day long.

And you drive to everybody crazy.

Yeah, including yourself.

It's called an earworm.

And you sing it over and over and over and you're like, damn it!

Actually, Gaudi says there's psychology behind this.

Yeah, apparently I had no idea.

But the more anxiety you have, the more likely you are to get a song stuck in your head.

So yeah, they're saying people with OCD, high anxiety, PTSD, things like that.

They probably have songs bouncing around in their head all the time.

And the way to get rid of it, as Elvester said, plenty of times, you have to hear the entire thing start to finish.

Give yourself that closure and move on.

And they said that sometimes composers, there are certain like song patterns that can get stuck in your head more than others.

And that a lot of composers and writers of music try to write those songs together.

They're trying to drive us nuts?

Yeah.

They want you to hear it over and over and over and over.
