2025 the time 1123 in the a p.m. It's 1123 in the p.m. I can't tell you my heart rate,

which I like to do, because I think I did it in the last episode because I took my watch off before I

came over to the studio for very good reason. The reason is I don't want the light or me to

accidentally leave it on my wrist when I go into the dark room to develop negatives because

it will expose the negatives. It's one of those things we didn't have back in 1999, 2000, 2001 when I was in the dark room developing in college. We had cell phones. Cell phones weren't smartphones. They were phones that made phone calls with a little screen, which probably would affect your negative back then, but it was also much smaller, and we didn't have a lot going on

in the way of tech and phones. Though I will tell you that back in 2000 in the dark room, I had a

think pad, IBM think pad, right? Is that what they were called? And it was like 8 gig hard drive.

I loaded it up with music. And then I

MP3s and I would use winamp and I would put it in the corner with, I bought these really shitty

speakers, man. These really shitty speakers on eBay that were just like amplified through shitty cones

of plastic and holy shit that they

sound so bad. But they would plug into the laptop and I would play the music in the dark

room. When did the iPod come out? When did iPod come out? iPod come out.

2001.

We didn't have the iPod yet.

And even if we did, even if the iPod was out when I was in college, which it did, no,

it said October.

Holy shit.

I was already out of college because September 11th, I was already working a job.

But even if they did have an iPod back then in college, I wouldn't have had one. It was too fucking expensive. The Firewire thing. It was like

five gigs. But anyway, my solution was have this think pad and that would play music with Winamp.
