And I know some of you are probably wondering, well, where's Stephen

is raw talk done already? And no, I said that I would still continue to do some daily frows.

Actually, Stephen and I think talk about this on the next daily fro. It is 400. I just found it.

It is 400. This is episode 400 where I sit down sometime during whatever day I feel

like to share what's on my mind with you and you get to share what's on your mind with me by texting

3137109. That's 313 7109729. So actually we do have a raw talk coming out at midnight

tonight, which is tonight's Thursday. So at midnight, which becomes Friday, which is where

Stephen and I have been putting the raw talks out at, or what time has been midnight on

Fridays so that you have something to listen to on Friday or on the weekend or Monday whenever

you decide to listen to it. And I think on the next episode, we talk about me doing some daily froze or how I actually

mention that I challenged myself. I think I did 250 days in a row. My ex at the time wasn't

happy about it, that I would always do a show at the end of the night and she'd go to bed.

Oh, well, whatever,

that was what it was. But when you look back at it, it's kind of like a diary that if I want to go

back to those episodes and listen to what was going on in my life at that time, it's like a diary.

And so I should get back into just when I have an urge to say something, it doesn't need to be

an hour-long episode, but if I've got things on my mind, I should just sit down here and
