to share some more information and thoughts on the Nikon D6 disappointment. Now I call it the

Nikon D6 disappointment because that's what it is. There's no way around it.

If you're a Nikon shooter and you're hating on me and saying that Jared, you hate

Nikon and it shows, well, one, wait, PC, not PC, fuck you, fuck you for that statement.

Because I've been shooting Nikon since I was 15 years old and just changed for many reasons, as I've specified many times before at this point.

But the D6 is a flat out disappointment when you look at what it offers you in comparison to even the 1DX Mark 3, which is far more superior as a camera.

So I did a preview video. Some of you may have seen it. Some of you may have not seen it.

Let's go over some of the specs and break it down even further than I could have done in the seven

minute, seven and a half minute video that I already put out. So how does this come about?

Let's take a step back. We had zero warning whatsoever that anything was being announced.

My first warning came from looking at Nikon rumors to see that they were saying an announcement

was coming tonight. So I had no idea. Generally speaking, with any company across the

board, we have an idea of what's coming, whether we have a briefing with the PR people or tech people

giving us their thoughts on the new stuff or a hands-on or a preview or something. Normally, we know something.

Well, in most cases. In this case,

we knew nothing. And Nikon chose not to let anybody know anything for this because I guess they were afraid of leaks, which doesn't make any sense being that the D6 was already announced

as a development announcement. So who gives us shit? And I think it actually goes deeper than that. Now,

let me, before I go into why I'll go deeper into why they didn't give us any information.
