The time now is 1139 a.m. This is episode number 242. Sorry, 243. We'll call it season two

of the Daily Fro because it's, well, it's a new year, so I'm turning that freaking leaf over.

But I don't even know if that makes any sense.

So I'm not going to call it season two in iTunes.

I'm just going to continue on with the Daily Fro 243.

I hope you had a good new year, wherever you are in the world, because I guess New Year's is over everywhere in the world, because that's how the world turns, literally.

So the topic today is you don't have to wait until New Year to do something new or to make a change.

A lot of people feel that made up, it's not even made up, but there's different, people

go with different calendars.

There's a Jewish calendar.

There's, there's, I don't know the other calendars, but, you know, there's a Jewish calendar

for the new year.

But just because you turn the calendar

over from one day to the next, it doesn't mean much has changed. It's just a change in days,

a change in a number. It, and I know some people feel mentality-wise that, oh, it's a fresh start, it's new.

Well, I guess, but it's a continuation of everything because the world continues to spin

and you continue to hopefully live and change and do what you're going to do.

The one thing that I can't stand around New Year's is when people make a post like,

well, 2018 was a tough year. I'd be lying to tell you if it wasn't, it wasn't a tough year,

but big changes in store for 2019. You know, it's just like, I just just i can't stand the mentality of like

2018 was a terrible year it's like even the year where my mom died i didn't sit there and say
