It does take me roughly 40 minutes to get to this particular trainer when I go and work out with him twice a week.

But that's dedication. That's my routine. We've been working out for over nine years together now.

Routine. Routine is a thing. For me, I have a lot of routines these days. I don't try to change certain things just to change them because, you know, there's people that

do things differently just because they don't want to get into a routine, but then by doing

those things differently, it's actually a routine. I have things that I do over and over and

over that are pretty set, And I stick with it.

Like, I wake up in the morning, I pick and I shoot raw shirt, I put on the pair of jeans.

I've got four pairs of the same exact pair of jeans.

I've got 100 of the same, you know, but different color T-shirts.

And that's one of the things that I've been doing for years is wearing the same shirt,
