The time now is 8.11 p.m. This is episode number 205 where I sit down sometime during the day to share

what's on my mind with you and you get to share what's on your mind with me by calling or texting 267-454-6376. So I have a lot to talk about today because

yesterday's episode 204 talks about taking the Nikon Z7 for a spin. I was talking about where I was

going and what I was going to do. And I ended up going to William Penn Charter School, which is, I think, one of the first

charter schools in this country. It's 300 and some years old. It's $45,000 a year to go to, by the way,

for students, because I asked. And they had a soccer game going on, and I knew somebody that

was going to be there. She told me that her son was playing, that this would be a good opportunity to come out and take pictures. And you know

what's funny? By the end of the game, because I let her use the 300 F4 and she's on a D7100 and I forgot to

mention that the 300 fixed becomes a 450 equivalent on that camera. And I totally forgot. I was spacing on it. So she would have been

better with a 70 to 200. Well, she ended up buying a Tamron 70 to 200, 28 today, which is Sunday,

because I recommended that she gets that. Because I was thinking more clear when I got home.

I'm like, well, a 300, well, she was reading an article and she goes, the article said

that I should look into a 200 F2 or a 30028. And I'm like, what is this? Ken Rockwell writing this stuff?

And I'm like, those, no, you don't need that for youth. You're not spending $6,000 for that stuff.

I said, honestly, I didn't, I forgot when I was having you used the 300F4 that that lens acts as a 450.

And so then I was like, a 70,200 would be perfect because now you're getting a 100 to 300 equivalent,

and it's a 28. You're going to do much better for night games. And so she ended up making that purchase.

She went ahead and bought it i wonder if she

bought it for madorama i didn't ask i probably should have been like hey will you buy this for

madorama using my link anyway i went out to the field and i thought it was the one field and it

turned out it was the jv field but this is what happened this is i wanted to title this like
